Shipping: Goods are usually delivered on business days. Please allow an extra business day for delivery during New Zealand public holidays.We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Postage charges may vary depending on the weight of your order. There is a possibility that we will contact you and re-quote delivery charges if necessary. If no one is available upon delivery at your nominated address the parcel will be left on the premises, or a card will be left behind notifying you of an alternative pick up arrangement.We do not accept responsibility for delays in the delivery of your purchase due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery: When placing your order online please ensure you enter the correct delivery details including the recipient's name, address, city and postcode. Failure to complete this correctly could result in you order going missing. We will not take responsibility for any order that goes missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. We try our hardest to get products sent out as quickly as possible but we will not be held liable for late delivery. Rural delivery may take longer to some areas. Risk and ownership of the goods will pass onto you when delivery is made.
