Exchange/Returns Policy
If you change your mind on one of our items we will happily exchange or refund providing the below conditions have been met:

The items along with the original receipt are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels, tags and packaging attached. The items must not have been used or worn.
Purchases made on our website store can be returned or exchanged by sending them back via courier. Please email emma@mumlyf to discuss returning arrangements. You must present the original receipt you received in the parcel and indicate the reason for the exchange or refund.
Please note that all returns and exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Mumlyf and we take no responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If the conditions for the refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed in the form of a gift card or using the original form of payment.
All shipping costs when returning items will the responsibility of the purchaser unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty). If your item/s are faulty we apolgise for the inconvenience. If you choose to exchange the item for another product, online delivery charges will apply.
Delivery: When placing your order online please ensure you enter the correct delivery details including the recipient's name, address, city and postcode. Failure to complete this correctly could result in you order going missing. We will not take responsibility for any order that goes missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. We try our hardest to get products sent out as quickly as possible but we will not be held liable for late delivery. Rural delivery may take longer to some areas. Risk and ownership of the goods will pass onto you when delivery is made.
We are currently only based in New Zealand. If you are wanting to place an international order please email emma@mumlyf.co.nz to arrange this. Shipping and product pricing may change depending on your purchase and shipping address.
Shipping: Goods are usually delivered on business days. Please allow an extra business day for delivery during New Zealand public holidays.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Postage charges may vary depending on the weight of your order. There is a possibility that we will contact you and re-quote delivery charges if necessary.
If no one is available upon delivery at your nominated address the parcel will be left on the premises, or a card will be left behind notifying you of an alternative pick up arrangement.
We do not accept responsibility for delays in the delivery of your purchase due to unforeseen circumstances.
