Terms of sale: By completing a purchase order online you are agreeing and are bound to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of our website. These are stated below. We reserve the right to remove, suspend or make changes to this website at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

 

Products: We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible however the technology you use to view our website may impact and alter how the products appear and therefore we cannot guarantee that colours, detailing, textures and fits that appear on your screen accurately reflect our products.

Measurements featured on our ‘size guide’ are an approximate guide only. Some products displayed on our website may not currently be available or are out of stock – we will do our best to keep stock levels as accurate as possible but there is possible room for errors.

Mumlyf reserves the right to limit quantities or limit the amount of products customers can purchase in a single transaction.

 

Pricing: Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). Mumlyf reserves the right to change product prices, product information and any product aspects at any time without prior notice. In the event of a website pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed, and the incorrect price will not be honoured.

Discounted items are only available while stock lasts and are not in conjunction with any other offer/s. Accessories used in any photography are not included and no discounts apply for these. Discounts exclude gift cards. You may also be charged additional delivery fees – refer to the delivery and shipping section.

 

Stock Availability: Products displayed are subject to availability and some items may require a waiting period. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock levels on our website however we do not guarantee that a product is necessarily available to purchase. We apologise for any incidents regarding this.

Liability: We have tried to ensure the accuracy of information, photographs and descriptions on our website however human and technical error or omissions can occur. We do not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly occur from this website, products it contains or information linked to Mumlyf or this website.

Mumlyf reserves the right to change any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

We cannot guarantee that any file or program downloaded via this site is free from viruses or other conditions that could damage data, hardware or software and you release Mumlyf entirely of all responsibility for any consequences of its use.

 

Third Party Websites: For you convenience we have provided links to other websites. Mumlyf is not responsible for the condition or content of those sites and you access these at your own risk. Mumlyf makes no representation or warranties of any kind on these third party websites and operation which is inclusive of security and privacy content. Mumlyf is not liable for any damage whatsoever from your use on these websites.

 

Payment: You may pay online by Masterard, Visa, Amex and by Gift Card. We also offer a bank deposit – please email us at emma@mumlyf.co.nz to arrange this form of payment.

 

Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased online in the form of $30, $60 or $100 options. These cards can be used to purchase goods at our online store by entering the code which will be found on the gift card. It cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value remaining on the Gift Card expires after one year from the date of issue.

 

Exchange/Returns Policy: If you change your mind on one of our items we will happily exchange or refund providing the below conditions have been met:

1. The items along with the original receipt are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. The items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels, tags and packaging attached. The items must not have been used or worn. 

Purchases made on our website store can be returned or exchanged by sending them back via courier. Please email emma@mumlyf to discuss returning arrangements. You must present the original receipt you received in the parcel and indicate the reason for the exchange or refund. 
Please note that all returns and exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Mumlyf and we take no responsibly for parcels lost in transit. 
If the conditions for the refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed in the form of a gift card or using the original form of payment. 
All shipping costs when returning items will the responsibility of the purchaser unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty). If your item/s are faulty we apologise for the inconvenience. If you choose to exchange the item for another product, online delivery charges will apply.

 

Delivery: When placing your order online please ensure you enter the correct delivery details including the recipient’s name, address, city and postcode. Failure to complete this correctly could result in you order going missing. We will not take responsibility for any order that goes missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. We try our hardest to get products sent out as quickly as possible but we will not be held liable for late delivery. Rural delivery may take longer to some areas. Risk and ownership of the goods will pass onto you when delivery is made.

We are currently only based in New Zealand. If you want to place an international order please email emma@mumlyf.co.nz to arrange this. Shipping and product pricing may change depending on your purchase and shipping address.

Shipping: Goods are usually delivered on business days. Please allow an extra business day for delivery during New Zealand public holidays.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 
Postage charges may vary depending on the weight of your order. There is a possibility that we will contact you and re-quote delivery charges if necessary. 
If no one is available upon delivery at your nominated address the parcel will be left on the premises, or a card will be left behind notifying you of an alternative pick up arrangement.
We do not accept responsibility for delays in the delivery of your purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Cancellations: Once your order is placed we are unable to change or cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders or request other payment methods depending on circumstances.
